Operator and legal information

WhopClipper is the commercial brand. The service is currently operated from Martinique. A UK limited company has not yet been constituted.

The operator’s full legal identification, legal status and professional address are not yet provided here. These details are being finalized; no company registration or legal validation is claimed.

Service

WhopClipper helps users discover clipping opportunities, prepare short video clips and review outputs. Availability depends on the features currently operational. Direct publishing and automatic Content Rewards submission are not active in the current product preview.

Accounts and content rights

You are responsible for account security and accurate account information. You must hold the rights or authorizations needed to process or publish source material. Campaign rules, platform rules and required branding continue to apply. WhopClipper does not grant ownership of third-party content.

Subscriptions and payments

Payments and subscription billing use Whop. Review the price, billing interval, renewal information and applicable purchase terms displayed before confirming a purchase. This page does not confirm that a subscription has been purchased.

Credits are used for generation and first exports. Generation cost is shown before confirmation. The first export of each clip costs 5 credits; re-downloading that clip is free. A Blitz rejection does not restore a credit. Technical failures without delivery do not consume credits permanently. Unused credits expire at the end of their subscription period, without rollover. Generations can queue; instant volume is not promised. Yearly offers are not available yet. TikTok connections, direct publishing and scheduling are coming soon. MCP for Max and Scale is also coming soon. This preview does not open a checkout.

Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights

Plan changes and prorating are not available at launch. Access continues until the period end only when Whop confirms the subscription remains active. Refund requests are reviewed separately; no automatic financial refund or credit return for subjective dissatisfaction is promised. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. Consult the terms attached to your Whop purchase and its available subscription-management controls.

Third parties and results

WhopClipper is independent of Whop and social platforms unless an official relationship is expressly stated. Campaign organizers decide eligibility, submission approval and payout. Views, earnings, acceptance and third-party payouts are not guaranteed.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not use the service for unauthorized access, unlawful activity, copyright infringement, evasion of usage limits or interference with the platform. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable.
