These data support authentication, clipping and review services, security, billing and support. The complete processing inventory, applicable legal bases and jurisdiction-specific details are still being finalized.

Service providers

The declared infrastructure includes netcup for hosting, Supabase for application data and Whop for identity and payments. Other video, transcription, AI or storage providers actually used will be documented in the finalized processing inventory. Their processing locations and transfer safeguards remain to be confirmed.

Website analytics and cookies

With your consent, Umami Cloud measures page visits and anonymous product interactions across this website and the application. We do not send account identifiers, emails, source URLs, transcripts or payment details. Authentication query parameters are excluded. You can withdraw consent through Privacy choices.

Optional website analytics require your consent through Privacy choices. A pseudonymous identifier and filtered campaign context can record navigation and sign-in intent. No advertising tracker is added. You can withdraw consent through the same control.

The website stores the consent preference for up to 180 days and uses session storage for permitted campaign context. Its signed visitor cookie lasts up to 24 hours. The marketing event journal uses a seven-day cleanup rule; this deployment keeps that journal in server memory, which resets when the marketing service restarts. These website settings do not define retention for application accounts or media.
